Because the added cost isnt worth it. Powerful bikes will still wheelie dangerously with so little traction and shitty bikes will still crash. We will see it on the road someday, but its never going to be the definitive bike technology. That will always be 1wd.

having awd in a streetbike would not make it any faster if anything it would make it slower because it robs hp from the rear wheel. all it does is improve traction in low traction settings as shown. there is no reason for it to be on a street bike and it never will be. and where do you see a car ever beating a bike, and where did you see a corvette losing to an awd?
