saw a documentation about kawasaki engineers in asia.. dunno what country. In the country the police had to catch them when they were doing it, no taking notes of license plates
these guys were breaking the laws every day. Why wouldn’t people in the UK take off their license plates then 
should be a whole lot of fun

Hehe, yeah you might say it leaves motorcyclists to do what they want, but tbh if they do they do so because of their own actions, not because they were spurred on by Police. However, that doesn’t stop their licence plate being taken note of and their bike scrapped if found guilty
